  I had my boiler fitted on affordable warmth scheme last year and just had free service from a vhs engineer who actually fitted the boiler . From surveying to installation to aftercare can only be described as excellent. The surveyor Richard fully aware of what was to happen. The installer martin made a neat and tidy job with no mess at all .the office staff also excellent customer service thanks for all your help kind regards to you all

  Poor customer service - been waiting months for parts and now 2 missed engineer appointment. Wished I hadn't had them fit my new boiler :( Well gave them a 2nd chance they blew it - again totally unreliable I waited 3 months to be let down at the last minute - My advise to anyone considering these would BEWARE - all words and no substance
