  Bought a secondhand reconditioned worcester boiler from Simon, but alas when fitted (6 weeks later) the pump wouldn't work. He was very helpful with advice, and ultimately once I'd worked out it was the PCB, sent me a new one board without hesitation. Should probably mention the likeliest culprit was a screw that had come loose and shorted the board, and this may of happened whilst in transit or when it was hung on the wall. Anyway, boiler is now working great. Top marks. Would happily recommend.

  Absolutely shocking service or non service in this case. Did not turn up to my house. Even when making the appointment the day before. But then states after chasing him for 2 hours that he was enjoying his Sunday. Then was verbally abuse to my wife because he was caught out in lieing. When he was called from a diff number. Seem as he was not answering from our original call. Absolute joke.
