  I visited the store today with idea of purchasing a mountain bike noticed shop was undergoing renovations but all stock was avaliable to view and be demonstrated excellent customer service even though shop was quite busy offered a cuppa while browsing by the lady assistant Shirley no pressure was put on me to buy just friendly and informative staff willing to help and advise a new customer who isn't too sure what bike to buy would definitely recommend this shop great customer service and will be back to buy my new bike from this store

  Bought a bike from the Sheffield branch which was fine. Needed some rattling sorting and rang Chestefield if I could pop it in as my wife was visiting that area. Spoke to guy in the workshop called Paul who was extremely helpful. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and even suggested a way of mending the issue myself. I would definitely recommend JE James cycles to buy your new bike. Thanks again Paul!!
