  The splendid staff at Exlen were extremely helpful and kind; really understood my needs AND my level of IT knowledge. I was in store for quite a while as they adapted a laptop to suit my own spec and I heard them interact in the same non patronising, humorous but knowledgeable way with another gentleman. This business is a great find and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I just can't imagine you'd get this level of service outside of this independent business. They genuinely care about their customers and that you are going to be happy with their products.

  Initially I went looking for recommendations for a new laptop and instead gave them my old dying MacBook to fix instead. It was a more affordable solution for me and works like new. Very pleased with the service.
